Starting at $1,500, plus expenses

SUPERVISORY SURVIVAL SKILLS I

Participants will be trained on analyzing the needs of employees, their leadership skills, engagement of employees in a positive supervisory relationship, reflecting on their own performance, documentation, delivery of feedback, and situational leadership.

SUPERVISORY SURVIVAL SKILLS II

Participants will be trained to identify employees who are not able or not willing to complete tasks assigned in a satisfactory manner. Models including supervisory action, conflict resolution, and evaluating difficult situations will be presented and applied to relevant case studies.

REFRESHER COURSE FOR SEASONED SUPERVISORS

Through the years of supervising, training and guiding others, you have amassed some great skills and personal techniques that work for you. This session will help you get to the next steps in delegating appropriately, getting others to take ownership and meeting your outcomes without so much stress and frustration. This course is for seasoned supervisors who want to get from "good" to "excellent", serve as great mentors to future leaders or aspire to serving as a leader of an organization themselves.
