Strategic Planning

Starting at $10,000, plus expenses

A customized strategic plan generally answers three important questions about an organization:

  • What is an agency's current position (strengths, weaknesses and competitive status)?
  • Where is the agency going (short and long term goals)?
  • How will the agency get there (plan to achieve the goals)?

Each Strategic Plan is customized to the identified needs of the planning team. The process could include surveys, focus groups, and 1:1 meetings with identified stakeholders. A dynamic plan will include coversations between board members and key organizational staff.

Conceptualizing the strategic plan can be achieved through collecting input from board, staff members, volunteers, individuals, families served by the agency, business partners, donors and external stakeholders.  The three year strategic plan answers these questions and offers a guide for successful growth, refocusing and exciting new organizational opportunities.
